Jacqueline M. Carmichael, ERPA, QPA, APA
President & CEO

Jackie has over thirty years of experience offering consulting and administrative services to sponsors of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans. She has been appointed as Independent Fiduciary by courts or bankruptcy Trustees to over 100 troubled or orphaned retirement plans. Jackie also conducts continuing education classes for professional advisors on qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, including audit procedures and current tax law.
Jackie has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from George Washington University. She is a member in good standing with the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), where she earned the designation of Qualified Plan Administrator (QPA) and 401k Plan Administrator (QKA). She is also a member of the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA), with whom she holds the designations of Accredited Pension Administrator (APA) and Accredited Pension Representative (APR). Additionally, Jackie holds the designation of Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA) with the Internal Revenue Service.  As an ERPA, she is enrolled to represent taxpayers before IRS regarding various retirement plan related matters.

Alyssa has been with JM Pension since 2016. She manages office logistics, client and participant communications, and oversees a variety of special projects.

Kandace handles the organization and management of various projects, as well as accounting and scheduling tasks. Kandace has over 15 years experience as an office manager.
